Shipping Information

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $149. Standard shipping (3-5 business days): $7.99. Expedited shipping (2-3 business days): $14.99. Overnight shipping (1 business day): $29.99.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy. Temperature-sensitive products are shipped with appropriate cold packs when conditions require it.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, BeaCapra ships within the United States only. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes for expedited or overnight orders. International shipping may be available in the future.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@beacapra.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
