Reconstitution

Reconstitute lyophilized SS-31 (Elamipretide) with bacteriostatic water or sterile saline. SS-31 is highly water-soluble due to its cationic residues.

Research Dosing (Published Literature)

• Preclinical (rodent): 1-5 mg/kg/day subcutaneously in heart failure, renal ischemia, and skeletal muscle models
